Julie Ann's Shih Tzus are sold with Limited AKC registration (spay/neuter agreement) unless prior arrangements are made.
Puppies are vet examined, dewormed and up to date on vaccinations.

Roxi has a beautiful red & white thick coat. Her black pigment is still coming in. She is absolutely stunning! She has an amazing smooshie face, beautiful colors, thick coat, short cobby body and a happy, loving personality. She is amazing and loves cuddles. She is also amazing for grooming. ​

Calvin has a beautiful solid red with white markings thick coat. He has beautiful inky black pigment. He is absolutely gorgeous! He has an amazing smooshie face, beautiful colors, thick coat, short cobby body and a sweet, loving personality. He is amazing and loves to be held. He is also amazing for grooming. ​

Full AKC (breeding/show rights) are available to approved breeding homes for an additional fee. If you are purchasing a puppy or adult dog to breed with or without Full AKC because you are breeding “mixed” breeds or pups without papers, that is considered FULL AKC breeding rights and will be an additional fee, without exception.

Puppies are part of our family until they become part of yours! Visitors may see puppies when visiting however for their safety puppies may not be touched until they have had their first vaccine.
When a puppy is born and chosen by a family there is a non-refundable holding fee that goes toward the price of the puppy when they go home.
